The Role:

We’re looking for a commercially-savvy Senior National Account Managers to drive growth across some of our most important grocery partners. You’ll take full ownership of your accounts, delivering against ambitious KPIs, building strong customer relationships, and shaping strategies that bring itsu [grocery] to even more people.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of national accounts, delivering volume, value and profitability targets.
Lead full account management including forecasting, promotional planning, and P&L responsibility.
Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies in partnership with our Revenue Growth Manager.
Work closely with marketing to create and execute customer-focused support plans.
Analyse data and performance to inform decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities.
Champion the itsu brand with retailers, ensuring best-in-class execution in every channel.

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re an ambitious, energetic self-starter who loves building relationships and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

We’d love you to have:

Experience managing national grocery accounts, ideally in FMCG.
Strong P&L and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with key buyers.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach — comfortable wearing many hats in a growing team.
Passion for food, innovation, and building brands that stand out on shelf.
