Salary: Up to £50,000 + up to 10% annual bonus

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery — managing key customer relationships, leading an external sales agency, and driving sustainable growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire our 3rd-party sales agency to deliver strong performance across retail, convenience, and on-trade channels.
Track sales performance and take ownership for hitting targets, expanding distribution, and improving rate of sale.
Drive impactful customer relationships through expert negotiation, joint business planning, and launching innovative new products.
Work closely with the Commercial Director on pricing strategy, trade terms, and channel profitability.
Partner with the marketing team to align brand and channel plans for maximum impact.
Manage trade marketing and activation plans, ensuring flawless execution in-store and at point of purchase.
Use customer and shopper insights to turn opportunities into commercial results.
Protect and grow the brand’s reputation while delivering sales and market share growth.
Required Experience and Background
5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales, commercial, or account management roles — ideally within drinks or similar
Interested in candidates at National Accounts, Key Accounts, Senior Field Sales experience
A proven track record managing key or national accounts, external sales teams, or distributors.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with budgets, trade spend, and P&L delivery.
Confident negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels and build long-term partnerships.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Entrepreneurial mindset — results-driven, energetic, and passionate about purpose-led brands.
Positive, adaptable, and ready to travel within the UK when needed.
