Job Specifications
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Customer Account Manager to join our growing sales team and help bring Edmunds Cocktails to more venues across the Midlands.
At Edmunds Cocktails we’re redefining what ready-to-serve cocktails can be. Our award-winning range is crafted with real spirits, real ingredients, and above all, an obsession with quality. We’re now looking for someone who can champion this story across the Midlands on and off trade — from independent bars and restaurants to farm shops, hotels and garden centres.
The role:
Act as the face of Edmunds across your region, ensuring flawless execution, visibility and advocacy
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of on and off trade customer accounts across the midlands of the UK
Identify and convert new business opportunities with the right partners who align with our premium positioning
Drive rate of sale and brand presence through effective customer support, training and merchandising
Support with tastings, events and regional activations to showcase the quality of our cocktails
Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver excellent service and exceptional account management/customer service
Build strong relationships with buyers, bar teams and managers, becoming their go-to contact for all things Edmunds
What we’re looking for:
Experience in the drinks industry or FMCG, ideally in an account management role. We’d also like to speak with bartenders looking to switch to the other side of the industry
Strong understanding of the hospitality and retail landscape in the south of the UK
A natural communicator who enjoys meeting people and building long-lasting relationships
Someone who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied customer portfolio
Commercial awareness and confidence discussing pricing, margin and sales performance
Full UK driving licence
What we offer:
£29–32k salary, plus £5k car allowance and 20% performance-linked bonus
Full private medical insurance through Vitality, including perks like free coffee, cinema tickets and an Apple Watch
A hands-on, creative environment where your ideas genuinely help shape the brand
Generous cocktail allowance (naturally!)
Why Edmunds?
Edmunds began with two brothers, a kitchen counter, and a belief that cocktails deserved better. Today, our team produces over a million cocktails a year from our 8k sq ft production house in Norfolk, with the same obsession and attention to detail that started in that very kitchen.
With our new brand home in South West London and a rapidly expanding sales team, you’ll be joining a group of people who genuinely care about what they do and the brand they’re building together.
If you’re passionate about premium drinks, love building relationships, and want to be part of one of the UK’s fastest-growing cocktail brands, we’d love to hear from you.
The process:
We’ll be accepting applications until 09/01/26. After that, we’ll hold first-round interviews online, followed by second-round interviews in person.
We’ll do our best to review and respond to every application before the deadline.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion:
At Edmunds, we are fully committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and are committed to treating all employees with dignity and respect, regardless of background. All applications will be treated on merit, based on information provided through the recruitment and selection process and your suitability for the role.
