**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing projects, translating strategy into actionable plans, managing timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional workflows to deliver polished, camera‑ready assets. Act as the central point of coordination between client needs, creative execution, and internal teams, ensuring projects move seamlessly from kickoff to final delivery.

- Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain clarity and momentum through detailed planning and proactive risk management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, creatives, and leadership.
- Actively enhance processes to improve project efficiency and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of marketing projects: intake, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, budgets, and documentation.
- Translate strategic direction into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Forecast capacity and resource needs, balancing workloads across departments.
- Serve as primary client contact for timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
- Coordinate across creative, content, production, and media teams to ensure alignment and asset readiness.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and flag issues early to stakeholders.
- Support CEO and Marketing Directors with day‑to‑day project execution and reporting.
- Continuously refine processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management fundamentals (timeline creation, task delegation, budget tracking).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability; meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional and client interactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Basecamp).
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple concurrent projects.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of marketing coordination, project management, or agency operations experience.
