Marketing Coordinator

The Puppeteer Behind Extraordinary Work

Are you detail-obsessed in the best way? Do you love organizing complexity, managing moving parts, and making sure big ideas actually come to life—on time, on budget, and beautifully executed? If you’re the kind of person who sees the whole board and quietly makes the magic happen, this role is for you.

Hunter Marketing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and delivery. This role is equal parts project manager, process driver, and strategic support—working closely with the CEO and Marketing Directors to keep client work moving from concept to camera-ready with precision and care.

You’ll work with clients, creatives, and internal teams—but your primary mission is to orchestrate the work, manage the flow, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Think: puppeteer, not performer.

The Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll manage the lifecycle of marketing projects—from kickoff through final delivery—ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment every step of the way. You’ll translate strategy into action, briefs into timelines, and creative ideas into executable plans.

You are the person who:

Knows what’s coming in
Knows where it’s going
Knows what’s blocking it
And knows how to move it forward
Our Ideal Candidate…
Is deeply detail-oriented and energized by managing process, timelines, and deliverables.
Loves diving into marketing strategy—even if they’re not the one presenting it.

Keep clients informed, organized, and confident in the process.
Ensure feedback is captured clearly and incorporated accurately.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with creative, content, production, and media teams to keep work moving smoothly.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure clarity and accountability.
Ensure all assets are complete, approved, and truly camera-ready before final execution.

Assess workload across teams and help forecast capacity and staffing needs.
Support pitch development, presentations, and client events as needed.
Continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
