**Job Title** Sales Development Representative – UK Market **Role Summary** Front‑line outbound sales professional responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team through high‑volume phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach across the UK. Acts as the primary voice for the company in the UK market, driving revenue growth by converting cold conversations into high‑intent meetings. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed call volume, outreach, and meeting‑booking targets. - Own the full prospecting cycle from first touch to qualified discovery call. - Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine UK‑specific messaging and sales collateral. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Execute large‑scale outbound prospecting via phone (primary), email, and LinkedIn. 2. Qualify leads using established discovery frameworks (budget, timing, decision‑maker). 3. Articulate the company’s value proposition in under 60 seconds and spark curiosity. 4. Book high‑intent discovery calls and product demos for the AE team. 5. Keep CRM data accurate and complete, track activity, and report on metrics. 6. Share call insights, common objections, and win stories with the revenue organization. 7. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to tailor UK‑market messaging and campaigns. **Required Skills** - Native or near‑native UK English proficiency with strong cultural understanding. - 3–5+ years of proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or analogous outbound B2B sales role. - Demonstrated success in cold‑calling and outbound prospecting. - Confident, commanding phone presence; able to engage senior UK stakeholders. - Highly organized, resilient, and results‑driven with a data‑backed approach. - Self‑starter who proactively identifies target prospects and action items. **Required Education & Certifications** No mandatory educational qualification or certification specified (bachelor’s degree preferred, if any).
