**Job title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Build and scale a safety-focused dating platform, creating end‑to‑end features from Figma to production. Own architecture, AI pipelines, trust integrations, and internal admin tools, delivering fast, clean code in a founder‑driven environment. **Expactations:** * Deliver production‑ready features swiftly and iteratively. * Own product, architecture, and deployment decisions from design to launch. * Communicate clearly in asynchronous teams, maintaining high standards without bureaucracy. * Leverage LLM and AI tools to accelerate development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the core platform (Next.js front‑end, Node.js back‑end, Postgres/Supabase databases). * Engineer AI‑driven onboarding (voice → transcript → profile generation) using OpenAI, embeddings, and RAG agents. * Integrate trust services (ID verification, background checks) and secure payments. * Build admin dashboards and concierge ticketing for manual vetting and matchmaking. * Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack. * Work from product docs, Figma, and raw ideas to shipped products. **Required Skills:** * Strong TypeScript proficiency; experience with modern web frameworks (Next.js preferred). * Node.js back‑end development with efficient database interactions (Prisma, Postgres). * CSS/Tailwind experience for responsive UIs. * API integration (payment, identity verification, scheduling). * Familiarity with AI services (OpenAI API) and building AI pipelines. * Experience with asynchronous communication and low‑bureaucracy environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent shipping‑product portfolio. ---
