Data Analyst II
**Role Summary**
Provide actionable insights across product, marketing, talent, and revenue operations by building, managing, and enhancing KPI dashboards and data pipelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics, automate reporting, and support strategic decision‑making.
**Expectations**

- Own end‑to‑end analytics projects and maintain governance of metrics.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and advocate best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, build, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
2. Manage the full analytics project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance.
3. Develop scalable, maintainable data pipelines with data engineering partners.
4. Translate ambiguous business questions into data‑driven solutions across multiple domains.
5. Identify reporting gaps, develop new dashboards, and continuously improve existing ones.
6. Standardize metric definitions and ensure alignment across teams.
7. Document processes, visualizations, and stakeholder communications.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role.
- Proficient in SQL and handling large datasets.
- Strong dashboard‑building expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and independently in an end‑to‑end capacity.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and understanding of its strengths/limitations.
- Bonus: experience with dbt, Snowflake, or data engineering workflows.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No specific certifications required, but relevant data analytics or BI certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Power BI Certification) are a plus.
