Job Description
**Job Title:** Administrator **Role Summary:** Part‑time (4‑5 hours/day) on‑site administrator supporting the founder of a senior‑level recruitment firm. Responsible for maintaining CRM/data records, coordinating meetings and schedules, managing outbound communications and social media campaigns, and ensuring smooth workflow while handling confidential information with professionalism. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate and up‑to‑date records and reports. - Provide reliable scheduling and meeting coordination. - Communicate promptly and clearly with internal teams and external clients. - Maintain discretion with sensitive information. - Work independently and proactively solve routine issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update and manage CRM/database entries. - Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and file correspondence, documents, and reports. - Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications. - Coordinate and monitor social media campaigns and outbound communication channels. - Assist the founder with daily administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects. - Ensure office supplies and resources are stocked and organized. - Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - High attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic social media tools. - Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. - Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preference for candidates with a certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (optional). - Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred.
