Role Description

This part-time, on-site Administrator role is located in the Epping - Essex.

The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining CRM/data records, coordinating meetings and schedules, social media campagines, managing outbound communication channels, and ensuring efficient workflows.

This role requires organizational proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to support the founder effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and correspondence handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients
Familiarity with standard office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous

Requirements:

We can be flexible on the working arrangements - however this a 4-5 hour working day schedule based on site.
