Expectations: • Office‑based senior role requiring 5+ years in transport & logistics sales. • Proven ability to close high‑value contracts and manage end‑to‑end tender processes. • Direct engagement with senior decision‑makers across industries. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transport & logistics market. - Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms of long‑term contracts. - Lead tender submissions, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and SLAs. - Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders. - Collaborate with operations to align contract expectations and delivery. - Report on sales metrics and forecast pipeline growth to senior management. Required Skills: - Advanced sales and negotiation expertise. - Deep understanding of procurement processes, tenders, and service level agreements. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to build rapport with senior client executives. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transport & logistics sales; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field preferred. - Fully valid UK driving licence.
