We’re Expanding – Hiring a Senior Business Development Manager (Transport & Logistics)

Office Based | Doncaster

Due to continued expansion and planned fleet growth, we are strengthening our commercial team and are now looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to support the next stage of our development.

This is a senior, office-based commercial role, focused on securing dedicated, long-term transport contracts across retail, FMCG, automotive and 3PL sectors.

What we offer:

• £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary (DOE)

• Performance-based commission structure

• Fuel card

• Company car after successful probation

• 5% employer pension contribution

• Phone & laptop

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in transport & logistics sales

• A proven track record of personally securing long-term contracts

• Strong knowledge of procurement, tenders and SLAs

• Ability to engage directly with senior decision-makers

• Full UK driving licence
