Job Description
**Job Title** Marketing Executive **Role Summary** Manage and deliver a cohesive marketing programme across 12 retail sites, focusing on social media, content creation, print collateral, events, and local outreach. Works collaboratively with branch teams and external suppliers to maintain brand consistency and drive customer engagement. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality marketing assets on time while juggling multiple projects. - Independently devise and execute creative campaigns across digital and print media. - Analyse performance data to refine strategies and report results to senior marketing staff. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, create, schedule, and report on social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Design and write captions, blogs, editorials, videos, and other written materials. - Produce and manage in‑branch POS displays, posters, and marketing collateral. - Support website SEO initiatives: content updates, keyword planning, and analytics tracking. - Coordinate and promote events and local outreach programmes. - Create email templates and assist with email campaign execution. - Engage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. - Travel within the region to liaise with branch managers and gather content. **Required Skills** - Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media marketing role. - Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, etc.). - Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights). - Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to meet tight deadlines. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel within the UK and work outside normal hours as necessary. **Required Education & Certifications** - Qualified in a business or marketing‑related field. - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
