**Job Title** Technical Recruiter **Role Summary** Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in engineering, data, cloud, cyber, and product markets. Operate independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and provide market insight to clients and internal stakeholders. **Expectations** - Execute full‑cycle recruitment for assigned technical roles. - Build sustainable talent pipelines and deliver candidates on schedule. - Provide accurate pipeline reporting and market intelligence. - Maintain a seamless candidate experience and high stakeholder satisfaction. - Demonstrate self‑directed, data‑driven, proactive performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other tools. - Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assessments. - Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. - Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Analyze and report on pipeline health, sourcing metrics, and hiring metrics. - Share best practices and collaborate with the recruiting team. - Advise clients on market trends, candidate expectations, and competitive positioning. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in engineering, data, cloud, cyber, or product domains. - Expertise in passive and competitive talent sourcing. - Strong data‑driven mindset: ability to track, analyze, and report metrics. - Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management. - High‑level communication and consultative client management. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating autonomously. - Adaptability to learn new technologies and sectors quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional recruiting certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is preferred but not mandatory.
