Technical Recruiter

We’re now hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our NYC team in a 180 delivery-focused role, supporting our clients by sourcing, engaging, and placing top technical and business-critical talent. You’ll work closely with our client leads and account managers, owning candidate delivery while helping drive exceptional outcomes across multiple tech verticals.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll become a trusted expert within your market. You’ll need to be proactive, organized, and confident working multiple searches simultaneously using data, market insight, and best-in-class sourcing strategies to deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles: sourcing, screening, assessing, and managing candidates through to offer.
Build and maintain strong, high-quality talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
Partner with Account Managers to deeply understand client needs, role requirements, and delivery expectations.
Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, search progress, and candidate insights.
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.
Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
Collaborate with fellow SoCode recruiters to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with strong delivery across Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cyber, Product, or similar markets.
Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
A data-driven mindset with confidence reporting on pipeline health and candidate activity.
Excellent organization and multitasking ability to manage multiple roles at once.
Strong communication skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
Proactive, driven, and comfortable operating autonomously within a high-performance environment.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new sectors and technologies.
