Overview

Our client, a leading healthcare insurance organization in the New York City area, is seeking a highly skilled Full Lifecycle Technical Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across Engineering and IT development teams. This is a remote, six-month contract assignment requiring a recruitment professional who can operate with speed, discipline, and high consultative capability when partnering with technical leadership.

As their staffing partner, we are seeking a recruiter who has a proven track record delivering in fast-paced, high-demand environments, ideally within enterprise-level or regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Software Engineering and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Fill technical positions such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Security, QA, Infrastructure roles, and other IT specialties.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelines, referrals, and market intelligence.
Partner closely with Engineering and IT hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and team dynamics.
Drive an efficient and structured hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Screen candidates for technical skill fit, culture match, and alignment with role requirements.
Manage candidate flow through the ATS and ensure accurate documentation and compliance at all stages.
Provide weekly reporting and insights on pipeline activity, market availability, and hiring progress.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment operations to ensure smooth onboarding handoff once candidates are selected.

Qualifications

3–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical/IT and software engineering roles.
Experience supporting enterprise-level or high-volume recruiting environments.
Proven success sourcing and closing talent in competitive technical markets.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, development stacks, cloud technologies, and IT operational roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and high-volume sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter required).
