**Job Title:** Account Manager
**Role Summary:** Manage a portfolio of HubSpot client accounts, driving adoption, growth, and retention while providing strategic guidance and CRM expertise.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable outcomes for clients, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
- Expand revenue through cross‑sell and upsell within HubSpot, Aircall, and partner integrations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as primary contact for HubSpot accounts, building trust across marketing, sales, service, and leadership.
- Lead strategic planning: clear roadmaps, weekly KITs, monthly reviews, quarterly strategy sessions.
- Champion retention: drive platform adoption, value creation, and stakeholder confidence.
- Identify growth opportunities: surfacing cross‑sell/upsell based on usage data, building business cases and proposals.
- Diagnose CRM issues and opportunities: structure, automation, reporting, adoption.
- Advise on best practices across Sales, Service, and Marketing hubs.
- Coordinate enablement: training, support, and rollout of new features.
- Track performance, forecast growth, and contribute to revenue planning.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, non‑technical communication.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years in account management, client services or customer success within consultancy, agency or SaaS.
- Strong commercial instincts, proven account growth experience.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or Salesforce) administration and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM migration, data clean‑up, and platform optimisation.
- Knowledge of revenue operations and alignment of CRM with sales, marketing, service.
- Experience with Aircall, Apollo, or Databox preferable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data and automation into actionable guidance.
- HubSpot certification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, Account Management) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
