We’re a trusted HubSpot partner, working alongside platforms including Aircall, Surfe, Maqsam, Apollo, Supered and Databox to deliver customer experience transformation across marketing, sales and service.

We’re now looking for a commercially focused Account Manager who can lead, manage and expand our HubSpot client accounts. This role blends relationship ownership, strategic guidance and CRM expertise to ensure clients get the full value of their platform while driving account growth and long term retention.

This role suits someone who is both client led and revenue aware. Someone who can translate complex CRM challenges into simple decisions, build confidence with senior stakeholders and create opportunities for expansion based on real business impact.

You will own a portfolio of HubSpot clients, acting as the primary relationship lead. You will combine commercial acumen with CRM understanding to drive adoption, identify growth opportunities and guide clients through their platform maturity journey.

Your success will be measured by client retention, account growth, platform adoption and the strength of your stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Client leadership

• Act as the main point of contact for your HubSpot accounts, building trust with marketing, sales, service and leadership teams

• Lead client strategy, ensuring every account has a clear roadmap tied to business outcomes

• Run client sessions including weekly KITs, monthly performance reviews and quarterly strategy reviews

• Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals, challenges and commercial environment

• Champion client retention by driving platform adoption, value creation and stakeholder confidence

Commercial ownership

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across HubSpot, Aircall and other partners

• Proactively surface opportunities for improvement or expansion based on platform usage, data and behaviour

• Build business cases and proposals alongside the delivery team

• Track account performance, forecast growth and contribute to Heyoo’s revenue planning

HubSpot and CRM capability

• Diagnose issues and opportunities across CRM structure, automation, reporting and adoption

• Guide clients on best practice across Sales, Service and Marketing Hubs

• Collaborate with our CRM specialists on audits, architecture improvements and advanced configurations

• Ensure every client has meaningful dashboards and reporting that show performance and ROI

• Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical client communication

Enablement and delivery coordination

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across every stage of the client lifecycle

• Ensure clients are supported, trained and enabled to get value from new features or changes

• Bring ideas, product updates and proactive improvements to each client account

Required

• Three to five years in an account management, client services or customer success role within a consultancy, agency or SaaS environment

• Strong commercial instincts and proven experience in growing client accounts

• Working knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce in a real-world, hands-on setting

• Confident leading client meetings, from workshops to executive reviews

• Ability to translate CRM, data and automation concepts into practical guidance

• Comfortable working across multiple clients, sectors and stakeholders

• Experience working with tools such as Aircall, Apollo or Databox

• Exposure to CRM migrations, data clean-up projects or platform optimisation

• Understanding of revenue operations and how CRM aligns to sales, marketing and service performance

• HubSpot certifications or equivalent experience
