Role: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £33,000
Location: London
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days/week in the office).

About the Role
Meliora is seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our services and strengthen engagement with clients, schools, partners, and the wider community. This role plays a key part in driving business development by managing leads, maintaining the CRM, designing and delivering marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and producing communications that showcase Meliora’s services and innovations. This is a varied role that combines organisation, creativity, and communication, offering excellent exposure across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Support & Lead Management
Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all contact records, deals, and pipeline data are accurate.
Respond promptly to expressions of interest, qualify incoming leads, and schedule meetings to progress prospects efficiently.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications for prospective clients.
Marketing & Communications
Develop, coordinate, and deploy email campaigns and marketing sequences, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Manage social media channels by planning, posting, and reporting on activity.
Produce blogs, updates, and marketing materials that highlight Meliora’s services, innovations, and key initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
Event Coordination
Support the planning and execution of events and conferences, including school and rugby festivals.
Oversee the design, production, and delivery of banners, signage, and promotional collateral to ensure polished, consistent presentation at all events.
Documentation & Client Support
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of onboarding packs, FAQs, and other client-facing documentation across all services.
Ensure all materials are stored correctly across internal systems.
Work with the Client Relations team to simplify onboarding processes and enhance client communication.
Reporting & Insights
Produce regular reports on sales pipeline activity, social media performance, and campaign outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen engagement, improve conversion, and increase brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and basic marketing tools.
Creative, curious, and able to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and communications.
Confident in producing content and supporting events.
Comfortable working across departments and engaging with clients.
