Job title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) – B2B Corporate Training Role Summary: Entry‑level outbound sales role focused on generating qualified meetings with senior HR, L&D, and business leaders across the UK and international markets. Trained from scratch, high activity, fast‑track path to Account Executive for top performers. Expectations: • 60–100 quality touches per day across LinkedIn, email, and phone • 8–15 qualified meetings booked per month • Daily CRM updates with next actions and notes • Continuous improvement of conversion rates based on weekly performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Build target lists of companies and decision‑makers • Execute daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone, crafting and testing response‑getting messages • Qualify leads on need, timing, stakeholders, and buying process; hand over clean notes to senior sales team • Consistently follow up with prospects (no “one message and done”) and support inbound lead follow‑up • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in CRM; track performance weekly and identify improvement opportunities Required Skills: • Excellent written and verbal English; confident phone presence • Strong written communication and ability to craft compelling outreach messages • Resilience, competitiveness, and willingness to handle rejection • Organized, disciplined, and consistent in follow‑up and CRM discipline • Coachable, open to feedback, and able to learn new prospecting techniques quickly Required Education & Certifications: • Right to work in the UK (required) • Full‑time availability, office‑based in London (required) • No prior sales experience required; customer‑facing experience (hospitality, retail, call centre, admin) is desirable.
