**Job Title:** Social Media Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand in the parenting/lifestyle sector. Own content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, and AI-driven workflow optimization across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, aligning with multi‑market brand objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, trend‑aware content at a cadence of 3‑4 pieces daily.
- Seamlessly integrate organic and paid initiatives to achieve engagement, conversion, and KPI targets.
- Innovate using AI tools to streamline ideation, copywriting, and media production.
- Coordinate cross‑functional campaigns with Marketing and Email teams.
- Manage creator partnerships, UGC, and performance metrics with precision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand pillars and seasonal campaigns.
2. Produce short‑form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphics (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
3. Manage TikTok Creator Program: creator outreach, spark codes, seeding campaigns, and UGC integration.
4. Operate Meta and TikTok ad platforms; handle budgeting, audience targeting, and daily optimization.
5. Plan and execute email marketing flows (Klaviyo/ Mailchimp) in sync with social messaging.
6. Test and integrate emerging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) for content ideation, copy, image, and video enhancement.
7. Analyze performance data; iterate on hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and visual style for UK, US, and Australian markets.
8. Collaborate with Marketing Director on multi‑platform launch plans and campaign execution.
9. Resolve operational issues, maintain project timelines, and deliver independent tasks under tight deadlines.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven social media management for a D2C brand, preferably in parenting/lifestyle.
- Advanced video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) with a demonstrable portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Hands‑on experience with AI content creation tools and willingness to experiment.
- Email service provider experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms, including campaign setup, budgeting, and optimization.
- Copywriting skills focused on consumer psychology and conversion.
- Data‑driven mindset: ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in social media advertising (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads) and email marketing (Klaviyo or Mailchimp) are a plus.
