**Job Title** Manager of Medical Services (Commercial & Partnerships) **Role Summary** Non-clinical leadership role aligning medical services with commercial, insurance, and client requirements. Acts as a strategic bridge between Medical Operations, Sales, and Insurance partners to ensure service viability, commercial alignment, and operational execution. **Expectations** - Deliver strategic, commercially focused leadership for medical assistance services. - Ensure service offerings meet business strategy, insurance market demands, and operational feasibility. - Maintain governance over pricing, contracts, SLAs, and stakeholder alignment. - Protect margins and mitigate financial and contractual risks. - Drive continuous improvement through operational feedback. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Align medical services with sales, insurance underwriters, and client needs. 2. Define and govern product tiers, SLAs, contracts, and pricing structures. 3. Lead engagement with insurance carriers, brokers, and enterprise clients. 4. Support due diligence, audits, and performance evaluations for underwriters and clients. 5. Enable sales by structuring proposals, tenders, and RFP responses with medical service details. 6. Own financial performance (margins, forecasting, cost leakage mitigation). 7. Establish feedback loops between Medical Operations, Sales, and Insurance partners to refine product design and pricing. 8. Oversee compliance with client contracts, insurer requirements, and internal governance for reporting and quality. **Required Skills** - Strategic & commercial leadership in healthcare/medical services. - Expertise in contract governance, SLA alignment, and pricing structure design. - Stakeholder relationship management (insurance underwriters, sales teams, enterprise clients). - Analytical financial acumen for margin management and risk mitigation. - Stakeholder engagement and negotiation for service performance and contractual compliance. - Cross-functional collaboration to translate operational insights into product improvements. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field. Preferred: experience in risk management, insurance, or security services. No clinical certifications required.
