Leverage analytics and AI capabilities (Power BI, LLMs, RAG) to enhance process efficiency and data insights. **Expectations:** Deliver high‑quality automation artifacts on schedule, maintain robust production support, and continuously improve process performance. Communicate progress clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
