Job Description: **Job Title** AI Engineer (IA‑Native ERP) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents that integrate with enterprise resource planning systems, transforming manual business processes into intelligent, end‑to‑end workflows. Focus on integrating generative AI with structured business data, creating hybrid data stores, and building self‑monitoring capabilities. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end ownership of complex, messy problems. - Deliver production‑ready AI solutions that improve business automation. - Stay current with cutting‑edge research in reasoning, multi‑agent systems, and applied AI. - Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to launch features quickly. **Key Responsibilities** - Architecture and implementation of the Agentic Layer for an AI‑native ERP platform. - Develop autonomous agents that orchestrate business workflows across multiple systems. - Design hybrid data storage that merges structured enterprise data with unstructured AI outputs. - Build proactive monitoring and self‑diagnosing mechanisms for AI services. - Translate research findings into production‑ready components (e.g., reasoning, multi‑agent coordination). - Conduct experiments, evaluate performance, and iterate on models to meet business objectives. - Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices and Python tooling. **Required Skills** - Strong Python programming (including data science libraries, async frameworks, and deployment tools). - Expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, especially supervised/unsupervised learning, reasoning, and multi‑agent systems. - Experience deploying AI models into production systems (containerization, CI/CD, observability). - Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, relational and NoSQL databases, and data pipelines. - Knowledge of modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and generative models (LLMs, diffusion). - Ability to design and implement hybrid data architectures. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - MSc or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related field (or equivalent demonstrated deep expertise). - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or data engineering are a plus but not mandatory.
