What you’ll build

We are looking for a AI Engineer to architect our Agentic Layer. Right now, most software is a tool you have to use. We are building software that works for you.

Agentic workflows: Automating end-to-end business processes with autonomous agents
Grounded intelligence: Merging the generative power of AI with the truth of business data.
Hybrid data store: Architectures merging structured and unstructured data
Proactive monitoring: A system where problems surface themselves.

What you bring

You love taking ownership of messy, complex problems and shipping working solutions.

Academic foundations: You have an MSc/PhD in AI/ML (or equivalent deep knowledge).
Applied AI: You have leveraged AI to solve real-world problems.
Python expertise: Deep expertise in the Python ecosystem beyond web frameworks.
Always learning: You follow the latest research (Reasoning, Multi-Agents) and want to put it into production.

Process

Our process takes 2 weeks max. We start with three conversations (CEO, CTO and CRO) to see if our goals align. If we click, we do a 2-day paid work trial. We believe working together is the only real way to know if it's a match.
