Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary** Seeking an organized, persuasive Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales and client relationships for non-profit clients. Focus on long-term partnerships, onboarding, and client success through a tech-enabled fundraising platform. **Expectations** Experience in sales or client-facing roles (1–3 years). Strong communication, CRM proficiency, and passion for non-profit impact. Must manage priorities, collaborate with executives, and adapt to a scaling organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media to non-profit prospects. - Lead discovery calls, product demos, and guide clients through sales/onboarding pipelines. - Serve as primary account contact for ongoing support, resolving platform and fundraising inquiries. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and support client needs. - Maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and report on KPIs, pipeline activity, and client feedback. - Represent company at in-person events or partner meetings as required. **Required Skills** - Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Monday.com) and tech platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom). - Organized multitasking, client relationship management, and problem-solving. - Service-oriented approach with non-profit advocacy, growth mindset, and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, account management, or related field. 1–3 years in sales, account management, fundraising, or client-facing roles. Bilingualism in French/English preferred (not mandatory).
