About Rosewood Fundraising

Where Communities Win.

Rosewood Fundraising is a Canadian-owned, post-revenue fundraising platform that helps non-profits raise funds through our licensed Catch the Ace and charitable gambling systems. We work closely with grassroots and community organizations to modernize fundraising in a compliant, tech-enabled way. As we continue to grow nationally, we are building a sales team focused on long-term relationships, not transactional sales.

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, community-minded Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a full-cycle, relationship-driven role where you will own accounts from first contact through onboarding and ongoing support.

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for your clients. You will lead outreach and discovery, guide organizations through setup and onboarding, answer questions throughout their fundraising lifecycle, and maintain strong relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, persuasive, service-oriented, and passionate about helping non-profits succeed. You will work closely with the COO and CEO, with clear opportunities for growth as the company scales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Outreach
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective non-profit clients via email, phone, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Lead discovery calls and product demos tailored to client needs
Qualify leads and guide organizations through the sales and onboarding pipeline
Build and manage a personal book of business

Onboarding & Account Management
Support new clients through onboarding, including setup guidance and answering operational questions
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts post-sale
Respond to ongoing client questions related to platform use, fundraising setup, and process expectations
Collaborate with internal teams when escalations or technical support are required

Relationship & Performance Management
Maintain regular communication with clients to support successful fundraising outcomes
Track all outreach, accounts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com)
Contribute to outreach cadences, email templates, and sales messaging
Report weekly on KPIs, pipeline health, and account performance
Provide feedback on client objections, onboarding gaps, and platform improvement opportunities

Representation & Events
Represent Rosewood at in-person fundraising or partner events as needed (occasional)

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, fundraising, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with consistency
Comfortable using CRM systems, ideally Hubspot and tracking activity
Service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in community impact and non-profits
Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow within a scaling company
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom
Bilingual in French and English is an asset, but not required

Why Join Rosewood?
Be part of a high-growth, purpose-driven organization
Build meaningful relationships with non-profits across Canada
Play a hands-on role across sales, onboarding, and client success
Receive mentorship and training from experienced leaders
Flexible work-from-home structure with intentional in-person collaboration
Make a real impact in how organizations fundraise

Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 CAD annually
Commission: Revenue-based commission with clear performance targets (shared during the interview process)
Growth Opportunities: Pathway to Senior Account Executive or Management roles
