Job Description
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for financial services clients, aligning technical architecture with business requirements while mentoring junior consultants and managing project scope. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, scalable Salesforce implementations that meet SOW constraints, maintain stakeholder communication, and keep abreast of platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze Statements of Work and propose technical solutions with internal teams. • Create technical designs, diagrams, data templates, and other artifacts. • Engage clients to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions. • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, automations, and relationships. • Monitor project scope, budget, tasks, and effort to ensure timely delivery. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues. • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Required Skills: • 7+ years as a Salesforce Consultant (not admin roles). • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, data integration, and data management. • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, calm under pressure. • Experience in financial services industry. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales, Service, Experience, and Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.
