Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the review, research, and creation of solutions built on the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure alignment between requirements and proposed solutions. You will provide mentoring, guidance, and facilitate discussions to solve problems as part of the overarching delivery. Additionally, you will be involved directly with client’s requirements understanding, solutioning, timeline management, and delivery best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand Statements of Work (SOWs) and propose technical solutions, while mentoring less experienced team members
Create technical designs, diagrams, data templates, and other technical related artifacts
Engage directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, automations, and relationships to align with client workflows and business processes
Manage to project scope within the SOW, be aware of project budget, tasks, and efforts involved to deliver
Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise
Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial Services Industry background required
Strong work ethic to get the job done
Experience with data integration and data management in Salesforce
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, not admin positions
Salesforce certifications are required e.g. Admin and Platform App Builder, Sales, Service, Experience
Salesforce Accredited Professional – Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including user management, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in Business Analysis to gather and interpret requirements effectively.
Experience with Salesforce.com Development and the ability to design and implement customized technical solutions.
Professional experience in Consulting with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator, are highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
