**Job title:** Commercial & Marketing Manager (B2B) **Role Summary:** Lead the expansion of a premium furniture brand’s B2B channel by prospecting, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with professional partners (boutiques, architects, hospitality, concept stores). Simultaneously develop and execute commercial‑marketing initiatives—catalogues, branding campaigns, trade show presence—to strengthen market positioning and drive revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3–7 years of B2B commercial development experience, preferably within furniture, décor, design, or related lifestyle sectors. - Proven track record of building and sustaining a profitable partner portfolio. - Strong commercial intuition combined with a deep understanding of product trends and market dynamics. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **B2B Development** - Prospect and qualify new commercial accounts across retail, architecture, hospitality, and lifestyle segments. - Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Build and manage a structured portfolio with clear revenue and margin targets. - Retain and upsell existing clients through regular engagement. - Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events; coordinate trade‑show logistics and follow‑ups. - Cultivate a network of prescribers and brand ambassadors. 2. **Commercial Marketing** - Design and produce marketing collateral (catalogues, lookbooks, presentations, product sheets, B2B newsletters). - Align new product launches and promotional campaigns with commercial objectives. - Create or supervise visual and written content tailored to the B2B audience. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and product strategy. 3. **Strategy & Reporting** - Define a commercial action plan and set performance indicators (sales volume, margin, customer acquisition cost, etc.). - Monitor, analyze, and report on KPI dashboards to senior management. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategy. **Required Skills:** - Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities. - Strong product knowledge with a keen sense of décor and design trends. - Ability to work autonomously and build a network of contacts. - Marketing storytelling: ability to present collections compellingly. - Excellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset). - Superior organization and multi‑project management. - Curious, proactive, and visually oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field. - Relevant sales or marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, Digital Marketing) are a plus.
