**Job title** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end features on a fintech platform that matches customers to loans using AI. Work within a senior team to deliver clean, well‑tested, scalable code across Python, React, and TypeScript while improving architecture and infrastructure. **Expactations** - Deliver production‑ready features within short cycles. - Own code quality, testing, and deployment processes. - Collaborate directly with Product to translate user needs into practical solutions. - Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security of the platform. - Mentor junior engineers and set engineering standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement new end‑to‑end features in Python, React, and TypeScript. - Write comprehensive unit, integration, and regression tests. - Refactor legacy code to increase maintainability and performance. - Enhance CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe releases. - Participate in architecture reviews and propose improvements. - Integrate AI models and related tooling into the production stack. - Monitor system health, troubleshoot production incidents, and propose long‑term fixes. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of production systems development. - Strong full‑stack expertise: Python (backend) + React/TypeScript (frontend). - Proficient in SQL and relational database design. - Advanced testing practices (unit, integration, end‑to‑end). - Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Familiarity with AWS or GCP, Redis, Celery, and cloud‑native patterns. - Understanding of SOC 2 requirements is a plus. - Curiosity for emerging languages (Rust, Go) and AI engineering practices. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of cloud security, DevOps, or AI engineering certifications is advantageous.
