Job Description

Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and integrations, leading Voice deployments and integrated contact‑center solutions. Expactations: Contract‑based hybrid role requiring remote collaboration and adherence to coding best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Build Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components. - Design data models, SOQL queries, and database schemas. - Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware solutions. - Lead Agent Force Voice deployments and contact‑center architecture. - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.). - Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications and integrations. - Bridge technical and business teams to align solutions with requirements. - Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards. Required Skills: - 5+ years Salesforce development experience. - Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce. - Deep knowledge of integration patterns, middleware tools, and third‑party apps. - Experience with agent‑force voice and contact‑center solutions. - Proficiency in CI/CD best practices and tooling. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance tuning abilities. - Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
