Role Description

This is a contract-based, hybrid opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer position at Mokxa Technologies. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and customizing Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, ensuring coding best practices, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Salesforce development - to lead Agent force Voice deployments and design integrated contact center solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications
Knowledge of database management, SOQL, and schema design
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools to deploy Salesforce solutions
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are advantageous
