Job Description

Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead development and maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions, orchestrating technical support, onboarding, data integrity, process improvements, and cross‑team collaboration within a finance/mortgage environment. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality Apex code, ensure seamless CRM operations, proactively enhance processes, and align technology initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as primary point of contact for internal CRM support and maintenance. • Onboard new team members by setting up CRM accounts and delivering training. • Oversee database management, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date client and prospect information. • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the CRM ecosystem. • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and Loan Officers. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with organizational objectives. Required Skills: • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. • Expertise in Apex programming and building customized applications. • Proficiency in Salesforce integration, data management, and best practices. • Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications. • (Preferred) Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry; experience with Jungo is a plus.
