Additional Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal CRM support and maintenance.
Assist with the onboarding process for new team members by setting up CRM accounts and providing training.
Oversee database management, ensuring accurate, up-to-date client and prospect information.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the internal team and Loan Officers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals

Desired Skills and Experience:

Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II)
5+ years of experience within Salesforce
Experience with APEX and building out customized applications

Plusses:

Experience in the mortgage or financial service industry
Experience with Jungo
