Job Title: Partnerships, Events & Customer Success Intern Role Summary: Internship focusing equally on partnership/event strategy and customer success/data operations. Supports GTM execution with major partners, and oversees client data onboarding, integration, and quality assurance within an AI‑powered advertising platform. Expectations: - Deliver balanced support (≈50/50) to global partnership initiatives and client data operations. - Actively participate in cross‑functional teams, coordinating product, marketing, and operations efforts. - Provide clear, actionable documentation and project tracking to ensure on‑time delivery. Key Responsibilities: Global Partnerships & Events (50%) - Execute partner GTM plans (IBM, Celonis) including event activations and content creation. - Translate technical capabilities into partner‑focused narratives and event materials. - Manage event logistics, roadshows, and stakeholder coordination. - Conduct market research on AI/data ecosystem trends to inform partnership strategy. - Maintain partnership calendars, documentation, and performance metrics. Customer Success & Data Operations (50%) - Onboard new client data: import, standardize, validate, and configure within the platform. - Set up end‑to‑end integrations, run quality checks, and ensure data reliability. - Participate in client calls, capturing notes, assigning tasks, and coordinating internal responders. - Track project milestones, manage timelines, and follow up on implementation tasks. - Test new product features (AI agents), provide feedback, and influence product roadmap. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Project coordination and organizational skills; manage multiple concurrent projects. - Detail‑oriented data quality and integration expertise. - Proactive learning mindset and problem‑solving attitude. - Familiarity with event planning, B2B partnerships, customer success, or data/system implementation.
