The Role
As a full-time, 6-month Partnerships, Events & Customer Success Intern, you will play a key, dual-focused role. You will dedicate approximately 50% of your time to supporting MINT's partnership and global event strategies, and 50% of your time to hands-on Customer Success, Data Operations, and Client Engagement.
In this role, you'll contribute to initiatives with major global partners like IBM and Celonis. Concurrently, you will be central in ensuring new client data is flawlessly onboarded and integrated into the MINT platform.
This internship offers invaluable cross-functional experience within a rapidly growing AI company, bridging business development, strategic alliances, data operations, and client satisfaction.
What you will learn and contribute (50% Global Events & Partnerships)
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Assist in executing strategic GTM plans with IBM and Celonis, including event activations, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
Technical Narrative Development: Translate technical capabilities of Mint.ai, IBM Watsonx, and Celonis into compelling partner-facing and event-ready materials.
Program Management: Define and execute a programmatic approach for events and partnerships with clear timelines, ownership, objectives, and tactics.
Event Logistics & Coordination: Help organize logistics for industry conferences, client briefings, and partner roadshows, coordinating cross-functional activities between product, marketing, and partnerships.
Market Research: Research AI and data ecosystem trends, supporting competitive benchmarking and partnership strategy.
Documentation: Maintain internal documentation, calendars, and performance trackers for partnership engagements.
What you will learn and contribute (50% Customer Success & Data Operations)
Client Data Onboarding & Quality: Drive seamless client onboarding by importing, standardizing, and rigorously validating new client data within our MINT platform.
Integration & QA: Set up integrations end-to-end and run thorough quality checks to ensure every data stream is clean, reliable, and ready for activation by clients.
Client Engagement & Coordination: Join client calls as a key project coordinator, capturing actionable notes, assigning owners, and making sure the right internal experts are looped in at the right time.
Project Tracking: Keep customer project plans on track by monitoring milestones, managing timelines, and driving follow-ups on implementation tasks.
Product Testing & Feedback: Collaborate with the Product team to rigorously test new features (including our latest AI Agents), ensuring they’re intuitive, stable, and ready for clients.
Product Influence: Share insights from client interactions and data operations to influence product decisions and contribute to roadmap discussions.
This role will be a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Technology, Marketing, or a related technical discipline.
A strong interest in the AI/ML, data operations, and enterprise software domains.
Excellent communication, project coordination, and organizational abilities.
Technical Fluency: The capacity to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences and an acute attention to detail for data quality and integration setup.
The ability to manage multiple, disparate projects (events and data pipelines) effectively in a dynamic environment.
A proactive approach to learning and a problem-solving attitude.
Any experience in event planning, B2B partnerships, Customer Success, or data/system implementation, including within university/college settings.
