Linok is transforming the dairy industry through precision farming technology. Our AI-powered platform combines real-time sensors with advanced analytics to give farmers continuous insights into milk quality and herd health—helping them detect issues early, optimize production, and improve animal welfare.
We're at the forefront of a revolution that's making dairy farming more efficient, sustainable, and humane. Backed by leading investors and working with top dairy operations across the US, we're building the intelligence layer for modern agriculture.
About the Role
Linok is hiring a Business Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO on the company’s most important strategic and operating priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, go-to-market, and execution. You will help define how the business scales and then build the mechanisms to make it happen.
You’ll own cross-functional initiatives spanning market expansion, pricing and business model design, go-to-market execution, partnerships, and financial planning. That means setting direction, building the operating plan, and driving implementation alongside cross-functional partners. You’ll be responsible for helping Linok turn early traction and pilots into a repeatable commercial motion and ensuring the company is set up to scale.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate at the center of an early-stage company, with real influence over decisions and outcomes. Your work will directly shape how Linok grows from early deployments into a durable, category-defining agriculture technology company.
Examples of What You’ll Do
Strategic Projects
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, TAM sizing, market entry evaluations, and partnership due diligence to inform expansion decisions
Develop pricing strategy, business model refinements, and GTM plans for new products
Build financial models for investor updates, business cases, and scenario planning
Go-to-Market Execution
Coordinate pilot deployments, track performance metrics, and convert pilots to paying customers
Build partner onboarding materials, sales playbooks, and channel economic models
Set up CRM, build sales dashboards, design lead qualification processes, and develop customer segmentation
Create pitch decks, ROI calculators, case studies, and competitive battlecards
Operational Infrastructure
Design core workflows for customer onboarding, partner management, and internal processes
Manage and help select corporate vendors
Establish planning cadences: quarterly OKRs, monthly business reviews, board materials
Build executive dashboards tracking key business metrics
Customer & Market Insights
Conduct customer interviews and develop case studies
Coordinate with marketing on events, conferences, and collateral
Gather feedback to inform product and GTM strategy
Finance & Fundraising
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
Prepare investor materials, board decks, and business reviews
Assist with fundraising efforts and investor relations
What We're Looking For
2-3 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth startup with proven execution ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build financial models, analyze complex datasets, and use quantitative rigor to drive decisions
Hands-on execution mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and do the work, from building dashboards to managing external partners/service providers
Bias toward speed and comfort with startup ambiguity: own outcomes, not just tasks, and maintain momentum despite obstacles
Excellent project management skills juggling multiple priorities, deadlines, and coordinating across functions
Strong communication skills with ability to build trust and drive adoption without formal authority across diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for analyses and financial modeling
Passion for modernizing agriculture and solving real-world problems for farmers
Nice to have: experience in AgTech; familiarity with hardware + software business models
Why Join Linok?

If you're energized by building from the ground up and want to make a tangible impact on the future of agriculture, this is your opportunity.
You'll work directly with a founding team that brings deep domain expertise and proven execution: decades of experience managing commercial dairy farms combined with building AI and robotics products at scale. As an early employee, your work will directly shape our trajectory.
