**Job Title:** Business Operations Associate
**Role Summary:**
Partner with the CEO to drive the company's strategic growth and operational execution. Own cross‑functional initiatives in market expansion, pricing, go‑to‑market (GTM) execution, partnership development, and financial planning. Translate early traction into scalable processes, build tooling, and provide analytics to enable rapid, repeatable commercial success.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations for market expansion, pricing, and business model refinements.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable operating models and measurable KPIs.
- Own ownership of high‑impact projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate across functions (product, sales, marketing, finance, operations) to secure alignment without formal authority.
- Maintain cadence of quarterly OKRs, monthly business reviews, and board‑ready presentations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, TAM sizing, and partnership due diligence.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models for investor updates, business cases, and scenario planning.
- Lead GTM initiatives: pilot deployment coordination, performance tracking, sales playbook creation, partner onboarding, and lead qualification frameworks.
- Design and implement core workflows for customer onboarding, partner management, and internal processes.
- Set up and maintain CRM, sales dashboards, executive dashboards, and key metric tracking.
- Produce pitch decks, ROI calculators, case studies, and battlecards for external and internal audiences.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning; prepare investor materials and board decks.
- Engage in fundraising support and investor relations activities.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high‑growth startup operations.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling expertise (Excel/Sheets).
- Strong project management, prioritization, and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; influence cross‑functional teams without authority.
- Proactive, self‑directed, with a bias toward speed and decisive action in ambiguous environments.
- Passion for modernizing agriculture; willingness to learn the AgTech domain.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- No mandatory certification, but advanced coursework or certifications in finance, data analysis, or operations is advantageous.
