**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator / Developer
**Role Summary:**
Senior‑level Salesforce professional responsible for designing, building, and scaling a multi‑entity Salesforce platform. Balance administration (≈70%) and development (≈30%) initially, progressing toward an even split as the system evolves. Partner with leadership to deliver reliable, user‑centric solutions that support complex hierarchies, automation, reporting, and integrations.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a clean, intuitive Salesforce environment that is trusted and used daily.
- Model complex parent‑brand‑location relationships and ensure data quality and governance.
- Reduce manual effort through advanced automation and progressive development ownership.
- Maintain stable integrations with finance/payments systems and provide clear documentation.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer day‑to‑day Salesforce across Sales, Operations, and Client Services.
- Design and maintain custom objects, fields, relationships, and Lightning pages.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sandbox/release processes.
- Build advanced Flows (record‑triggered, scheduled, screen) and approval workflows.
- Develop Apex code as required for complex logic or integrations.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Support and enhance integrations with ERP/finance platforms (e.g., Sage Intacct, Stripe).
- Define data standards, governance policies, and documentation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce administration.
- Expertise in Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flow, and custom data modeling.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, governance, and multi‑entity structures.
- Ability to design and maintain integrations and troubleshoot data sync issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
- Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Salesforce Developer certifications.
