**Job Title:** PMO Analyst – Project Controls & Reporting
**Role Summary:**
Provide analytical and reporting support for a multi‑project infrastructure portfolio. Track cost and schedule performance, maintain milestone datasets, and deliver management dashboards and reports, enabling data‑driven decision making for PMO leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Function in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment with high visibility projects.
- Demonstrate strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and independence while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for senior decision makers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Track and analyze project cost and schedule metrics across multiple capital projects.
- Develop, update, and maintain project milestone and cross‑walk datasets for on‑time delivery.
- Prepare monthly and annual performance reports for PMO leadership.
- Manage project data within internal systems (e.g., ICMS, SharePoint).
- Compile budget, contract, and resource‑tracking reports.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create Excel dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and reports for executive decision making.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather, verify, and analyze data.
**Required Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO Analysis, or cost/schedule reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization solutions.
- Background in infrastructure, construction, or public‑sector projects.
- Knowledge of project management systems (ICMS, SharePoint).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
