Job Description
**Job title** Sales Admin & Customer Service Manager **Role Summary** Responsible for end‑to‑end sales and customer support operations for wholesale and direct‑to‑consumer channels. Manages new customer onboarding, order processing, product information accuracy, and cross‑regional administrative tasks while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency. Works independently and collaborates with sales, finance, warehouse, and global teams. **Expectations** - Own all customer and sales administration responsibilities with minimal oversight. - Deliver accurate, timely, and exceptional service to B2B and DTC customers. - Resolve order, delivery, and pricing issues promptly. - Maintain a proactive, resilient, and positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Set up and maintain wholesale customer database; complete new line forms. - Coordinate with sales and finance to apply pricing, promotional funding, and invoicing. - Update and verify product information hub; create sell sheets and ensure data accuracy. - Reconcile and process wholesale orders in WMS; schedule collection/delivery with warehouse and transport partners. - Resolve order and delivery discrepancies; manage exceptions and escalations. - Handle B2B and DTC customer inquiries; direct to relevant internal teams; perform proactive outreach for delivery issues. - Assist customers in locating stockists, distributors, and arranging samples; update sample tracking. - Support production admin: log productions in ERP, create purchase orders. - Export sales reports and share with teams as requested. - Train and provide input for AI customer‑service tools to reduce ticket volume. - Perform general administrative support for global sales teams across multiple regions. **Required Skills** - High attention to detail and strong data‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic customer service experience. - Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines. - Resilience, problem‑solving, and proactive initiative. - Proficiency in ERP/WMS, Excel, and CRM systems. - Experience with wholesale customer administration and order processing. - Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). - Experience with ERP/WMS and CRM platforms essential. - Any relevant certifications in customer service or sales administration are a plus.
