Job Description
Digital Engagement Adviser **Role Summary** Enhance online presence across platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a focus on creating content, managing digital channels, and analyzing engagement to drive audience growth. **Expectations** Develop and manage digital strategies; produce high-quality content aligned with organizational goals; analyze engagement data; lead efforts to expand into new channels (e.g., YouTube); and collaborate with internal stakeholders on best practices for digital communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Research and recommend improvements to digital channel performance and engagement strategies. - Create, source, and manage content for social media and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality. - Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to produce insights and recommendations for the Senior Digital Engagement Adviser. - Proactively manage online comments and misinformation, maintaining platform integrity. - Advise internal teams on effective digital communication approaches and audience engagement. - Support the delivery of the social media strategy by aligning content with organizational priorities. **Required Skills** - Proven expertise in growing YouTube channels in a professional context. - Strong understanding of social media strategy development and audience targeting. - Proficiency in content creation, including writing, video production, and editing. - Ability to adapt tone of voice for diverse platforms. - Analytical skills to assess and report on engagement effectiveness. - Portfolio demonstrating professional content creation experience. **Required Education & Certifications** No specific education or certifications required. A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. **Note**: Role requires 37-hour workweek under a secondment contract until 2027. Agile working model includes hybrid (office/home) flexibility, with at least one weekly on-site day.
