Channel Account Manager – UK
**Role Summary**
Drive the growth of strategic channel partnerships in the UK, focusing on Cybersecurity and OT/ICS solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, enabling them to accelerate market adoption, pipeline generation, and revenue targets through co‑selling, joint go‑to‑market initiatives, and end‑to‑end sales support.
**Expactations**
- 3+ years in channel sales/partner management within cybersecurity or industrial automation.
- Deep knowledge of OT/ICS and the associated buying center.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; willing to travel Europe approximately 70% of the time.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute co‑selling motions with target partners to grow revenue.
- Act as trusted advisor, managing relationships, co‑creating solutions, and ensuring partner success.
- Drive partner pipeline, forecast, and close deals, supporting full sales cycle activities.
- Deliver partner training, sales enablement, and joint go‑to‑market events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partner activities.
- Monitor partner performance, ensuring attainment of revenue and pipeline metrics.
**Required Skills**
- Channel sales/partner management experience in cybersecurity (Identity, Cloud, Privilege Access, Network/Application Security) or industrial networking.
- Expertise in OT/ICS, critical infrastructure security, and understanding of the OT/ICS buying process.
- Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems at local, regional, and global levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‐management skills.
- Strong project management and analytical capability for pipeline and forecast management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent in cybersecurity or OT/ICS are highly desirable.
