About the Company

cove is a full-service architecture firm built for what’s next. We help real estate leaders make smarter decisions, reduce risk, and create long-term value across every phase of development. Our team combines decades of architectural design expertise with the intelligence of Vitras.ai, our proprietary architecture AI. This powerful integration enables faster approvals, optimized delivery schedules, and earlier identification of cost, energy, and compliance risks. The result: more efficient projects that move from concept to construction with greater speed and clarity. cove’s process is rooted in real-time simulation, strategic foresight, and a deep understanding of zoning and code complexity. By replacing guesswork with precision and accelerating the feedback loop, we give developers and owners the tools to act quickly and confidently, without compromising creativity.
