Job Description
Job title: Recruiting Intern Role Summary: Support Talent Acquisition in Florida Support Center; engage in full‑cycle recruiting tasks, including sourcing, scheduling, ATS maintenance, candidate communication, and onboarding documentation. Expactations: • Current enrollment or recent graduation in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field. • Demonstrated interest in Recruiting and HR. • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and onboarding documentation. 2. Serve as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, answering basic recruiting queries. 3. Maintain candidate pipelines and organize applicant data within the ATS. 4. Schedule interviews, confirm logistics, and communicate interview details to candidates. 5. Track interview progress, collect post‑interview feedback, and update records. 6. Ensure accuracy of candidate and new‑hire records. Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards; willingness to learn applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. • Strong organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail. Required Education & Certifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (currently pursuing or completed). • Prior internship, campus leadership, or customer service experience preferred.
