Position Summary:

We are seeking a Recruiting Intern to support the Talent Acquisition function at our Florida Support Center. This internship is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate and retail recruiting. The Recruiting Intern will assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting onboarding processes. This role provides exposure to full-cycle recruiting while working closely with the Senior Recruiter and HR Business Partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Talent Acquisition team with new hire paperwork, background check coordination, and onboarding documentation
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers with basic questions throughout the hiring process
Help maintain candidate pipelines and organize applicant data in the ATS
Assist with scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate interview details and follow-up information to candidates
Track interview progress and help collect post-interview feedback
Help ensure candidate and new hire records are accurate and up to date

Education, Experience & Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in Recruiting and Human Resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship, campus leadership, or customer service experience preferred Top of Form
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards a plus
Willingness to learn applicant tracking systems and recruiting tool
