**Job Title** Data Scientist – Generative AI (Marketing Focus) **Role Summary** Leverage Generative AI to create personalized marketing solutions. Collaborate with Marketing, BI, and engineering teams to translate campaign goals into data‑driven strategies, build, deploy, and continuously improve GenAI models, and measure impact through A/B testing, forecasting, and analytics. **Expectations** - Uphold core values of Trustworthiness, Team Player, and Commitment to Customer & Colleague Experience. - Deliver measurable business outcomes and maintain high ethical, legal, and quality standards. - Meet company policies, code of conduct, and contributions to a supportive, inclusive culture. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate marketing campaign objectives into data‑driven personalization strategies. - Design, build, and productionize Generative AI solutions for marketing. - Apply prompt engineering, experimentation, and evaluation frameworks to refine GenAI products. - Conduct exploratory data analysis, model development, and A/B testing to evaluate impact. - Develop and productionize forecasting and predictive models across business use cases. - Collaborate with data platform developers on scalable pipelines and Cloud platforms (Microsoft Fabric, GCP). - Use Python, SQL, and Cloud tools to build, deploy, monitor, and iterate analytical workflows. - Document, communicate insights, models, and results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and notebook development/debugging. - Experience (2‑3 yrs) in product development with Generative AI & Large Language Models. - Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation frameworks. - Knowledge of marketing analytics, personalization, and customer use‑cases. - Hands‑on machine learning application to real‑world business problems. - Experience with Cloud‑based data platforms (Microsoft Fabric / GCP). - Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project oversight capabilities. - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. - Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, JIRA) and documentation tools (Slite, Confluence, Notion). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant experience in Generative AI product development. ---
