Job Description
**Job Title:** Video Assistant **Role Summary:** Assist in the technical deployment and day‑to‑day operation of a high‑end video suite, ensuring seamless workflow across Paris, London, and New York. Manage remote grading and finishing sessions, maintain data integrity, and support post‑production projects for fashion/luxury campaigns using DaVinci Resolve and related infrastructure. **Expectations:** • Immediate full operational capability with no training period. • Autonomous troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. • Precision‑driven, proactive attitude suitable for premium creative environments. • Fluent English for daily coordination with UK and US teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Technical setup and commissioning of video suite hardware (monitoring, I/O, connectivity). 2. Act as the technical bridge linking Paris, London, and New York workflows. 3. Configure and supervise remote grading/finishing sessions for global clients. 4. Perform server‑side ingest, technical conforms, and enforce data integrity. 5. Prepare projects in DaVinci Resolve and provide technical follow‑up for high‑end campaigns. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (mandatory); solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere (preferred). - Expertise in post‑production infrastructure: SDI signals, reference monitoring, server architecture. - Independent hardware/software troubleshooting. - Strong communication in English. - Attention to detail and zero‑error mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro are highly desirable.
