Studio RM is seeking a highly skilled Video Assistant (Freelance) to join our Paris studio (11th Arr.).

Working in sync with our London and New York teams, you will be instrumental in the technical launch and day-to-day operation of our new video suite. This role requires an autonomous professional with no learning curve.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Setup & Commissioning: Assisting in the final configuration and hardware setup of the video suite (monitoring, I/O signal chain, connectivity).
Global Workflow Bridge: Managing the technical link between Paris, London, and New York to ensure seamless project transfers.
Remote Session Management: Setting up and supervising remote grading and finishing sessions for global clients.
Data & Media Management: Server-side ingest, technical conforms, and maintaining strict data integrity.
Project Support: Preparing projects in DaVinci Resolve and providing technical follow-up on high-end campaigns (Fashion / Luxury).

Requirements

Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and professional post-production infrastructure (SDI signals, reference monitoring, server architecture).
Complete Autonomy: Ability to set up a suite and troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently.
Communication: Fluent English is mandatory for daily coordination with our UK and US offices.
Mindset: Precision-driven, proactive, and accustomed to the standards of premium creative environments.

En lien direct avec nos bureaux de Londres et New York, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le déploiement technique et opérationnel de notre nouvelle suite vidéo. Nous recherchons un profil expert, capable d'être immédiatement opérationnel sans période de formation.

Missions principales

Mise en service & Configuration : Finalisation de l'installation technique de la suite vidéo (monitoring, hardware I/O).
Workflow International : Gestion avec les assistants des 2 autres studios de la passerelle technique entre Paris, Londres et New York pour garantir la fluidité des projets.
Sessions Remotes : Configuration et monitoring des sessions de travail à distance (grading/finishing) avec nos clients internationaux.
Data Management : Ingest, conformité technique et gestion rigoureuse des serveurs de stockage.
Support Production : Préparation des projets sur DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere et suivi technique des campagnes (Luxe / Mode).

Profil recherché

Expertise technique : Maîtrise parfaite de DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere et des infrastructures de post-production (I/O, signaux SDI, monitoring de référence).
Autonomie totale : Capacité à configurer une suite et à résoudre des problématiques hardware/software de manière indépendante.
Langues : Anglais courant impératif pour la coordination avec Londres et NYC.
Rigueur : Une approche "zéro erreur" indispensable pour le luxe et la mode.
